Our client is a global academic publisher of books, journals and library resources with a growing rang of technologies to enable learning, access and engagement. We are recruiting on their behalf for a Revenue Manager to improve the revenue stream from global subscriptions. The role sits within the global team which operates company wide to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the customer experience.

Duties of the role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost subscription renewal rates, optimise pricing models and grow market share
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service and finance to deliver revenue
  • Deliver customer retention strategies and analyse subscription model to improve customer engagement
  • Deliver continuous improvements to streamline renewal and cash collection processes
  • Monitor data to provide insight and recommendations to improve business
  • Segment customer bases, journey map and develop renewal strategies through tailored marketing initiatives
  • Increase upsell opportunities for sales teams
  • Conduct market research

  • Proven record in effective strategy management and roadmaps
  • Proficient in using analytics and customer service data for informed decision making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to multi task
