Sales Assistant, Mare Nostrum Group Ltd
We are looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to support the sales team of a dynamic publishing sales, marketing and distribution agency. Whilst previous sales and/or publishing experience would be an asset, we are equally interested in hearing from candidates who will bring genuine enthusiasm to the role and demonstrably meet the requirements below.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the sales team to maintain a regular flow of information to key retail partners
- Responding to sales enquiries and liaising with the relevant territory manager to follow up
- Providing administrative support across the sales department
- Working with our distributor to ensure the timely processing of orders
- Liaising with other departments to collate sales materials for the wider team
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in written and verbal form
- Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
- Positive, proactive and can-do approach with a genuine interest in sales
- Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to prioritise
- Proficiency across Microsoft including Excel and PowerPoint
