Our client, a leading provider of website & eCommerce solutions for the publishing industry, is recruiting for a Support Manager, 1 year fixed term contract.

The role involves overseeing customer support enquiries through Jira and Zendesk, whilst working in a fast paced team environment.

Duties of the role include:

  • Managing and prioritising support tickets, with customer support & satisfaction key.
  • Maintaining and updating retainer reports using Google spreadsheets or Excel.
  • Communicating with customers on a semi-technical level to ensure clear understanding & problem resolution.
  • Delivering training on products and upselling where applicable.
  • Managing and testing updates from platforms such as Shopify.

Skills required:

  • Experience with Google spreadsheets or Excel
  • Experience in a customer facing support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi task
  • Experience of working with software tools
